Fee Management Module

Edusys offers a flexible and comprehensive fee management system tailored for the dynamic needs of pre-schools. It enables easy configuration, tracking, and adjustment of student fee structures with minimal manual work.

Key Features:

Flexible Fee Configuration:

1. Add multiple fee types (e.g., tuition, transport, activities)
2. Define custom payment frequencies (monthly, term-wise, etc.)
3. Set individual due dates and amounts for each frequency
4. Configure late fees (fixed or percentage-based) per fee type
5. Rename frequency labels and other editable fields to suit school terminology
6. Use tax settings from the Tax Config screen or input manually
7. Clone fee structures between class levels (e.g., nursery to pre-nursery)

Late Fee Rules Management:

1. Use the Late Fee Rules feature to set rules even after fee structure is assigned
2. Automatically apply late fees when students miss due dates
3. Modify late fee rules anytime via the Late Fee Rules option
4. Use the Update Late Fee button in both Student Management and Fee Receivables to adjust fees easily

Student-Specific Adjustments:

1. Adjust total fees for individual students using a sample Excel sheet
2. Accessible via Fee Receivables → Fee Detailed screen
3. Helps in case-by-case updates without affecting the overall structure

Controls & Safeguards:

1. Once a student has paid or initiated a payment, fee amounts cannot be reduced or deleted
2. Fee structure status indicators:
3. Green = Fee structure generated
4. Red with cross = Not generated
