Monthly-paid staff: Timesheet doesn't affect salary.
Hourly-paid staff: Payslip is auto-calculated based on approved hours and hourly rate — shown clearly in the payslip.
Counts holidays and weekends between long leave periods as part of the total leave.
Leave from Friday to Monday, with Sunday a holiday = 4 leave days (not just 2).
