EduSys’s comprehensive fee module can help coaching institute where fees are collected, batch wise. It will automatically calculate the fee payments along with taxes & due dates and can notify fee payment reminders to the students and the fee payment notifications to the management.

Edusys provides a flexible fee management system that allows administrators to modify existing fee structures easily. Key capabilities include:

1. Adding new fee types
2. Changing payment frequencies
3. Increasing fee amounts or late fees
4. Renaming frequency labels
5. Updating due dates and late fee deadlines

A particularly useful feature is the Late Fee Rules option, which can be applied even after the fee structure has been generated and assigned to students. Administrators can set and modify late fee rules by clicking on the Late Fee Rules option.

If a student exceeds the due date for payment, the system can automatically apply the late fee based on the defined rules. Additionally, there is an Update Late Fee button available in both the Student Management and Fee Receivables screens, allowing easy adjustments of late fees when necessary.

For individual student adjustments, Edusys also supports modifying the total fee amount using a sample Excel sheet. This sheet can be accessed through the Fee Receivables → Fee Detailed screen, providing a convenient way to manage and update fees on a case-by-case basis.
